Primary services

    * Rental of real office space

        - 38 MHO private offices are available for rental.  Many of these offices can be combined to form multi-office suites.

        - Furnished or unfurnished offices are available.

    * Rental of virtual office space

        - Mail delivery service is available.

        - Telephone answering service with voice mail is available.

        - Conference rooms with T1 high speed internet access are available.

        - Other support services are available.

    

Support services

    * Front desk reception

        - MHO Receptionist is at front lobby to greet you and your clients during standard business hours.

    * Answering of telephone

        - MHO Receptionist is ready to answer your telephone lines with your selected personalized greeting during standard business hours.

        - MHO has a variety of telephones with various features, including: speakerphone, conference calls, LED screens, timers, speed dial.

    * Voice mail

        - MHO voice mail is an option during business hours, and after business hours, with 24 hour access by you.

    * T1 high speed internet access is available at every office and conference room.

    * Email and back-up storage for individual workstations is available on MHO super-server

    * Receiving and sending of mail and deliveries

        - Each MHO client has a private mail box where their mail is placed by MHO staff.  

         -MHO staff will also post and send your mail, and  other delivery services such as:  Federal Express, UPS, local messenger services.

    * Secretarial services

        - MHO staff is ready to perform typing, word processing, data base, and other secretarial services, and special projects for you.

    * Fax , postage, and copy machines

        - MHO clients select their own passwords to access MHO equipment on a 24 hour basis.

        - MHO clients are free to bring in their own fax, copy, and postage machines if they wish.

    * Conference rooms

        - Two MHO conference rooms are available free of additional charge, scheduled through the Receptionist.

    * Kitchens with complimentary coffee/tea/spring water

    * Rest rooms

    * 24 hour access

    * Monitored security system with video cameras at public spaces

    * Nightly cleaning services for the public spaces and private offices is free of additional charge
